Alright, I'm going to start on the good points:
I had a hard time picking out things to work on for this piece. The facial expression, the pose, and the wildlife are all exceptional. I love the dress, and your work on the ruffles was very good.

I have three points on which to critique:
One: Her ear is a tad too high up, and the earlobe would come down a bit more to connect with the jawline

Two: The eyebrows wouldn't show through the hair (but I understand that that's also a style of art and I'm somewhat reaching for that.)

And Three: This is pushing it quite far, but her waist is a bit too thin, but then again, elves are known for their sleek figures, so that makes sense too.

Overall, it's a very, very good piece, and I'm glad I stumbled upon it. You did a great job with the coloring, and the small patch of sky with borders of wildlife and nature gives it a clean and tight look that's pleasing to the eye. The dandelions mixed in the tall grass and wisps of white make it very spring-like and beautiful.

All in all, you did a bang-up job with this, thank you for uploading.
